If you’re looking for accommodation in Hervey Bay I highly recommend the Hervey Bay Motel 518 Esplanade Lee and John are both lovely and very friendly and helpful Rooms are very CLEAN with all the necessary facilities and very very fairly priced Joy and David Mansfield

Easy check in process. Was able to check in really early. Room was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Great location. Bonus to have a functional kitchenette. Staff friendly and accommodating

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and very clean. I had a great night's sleep as the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I’ll definitely be back next time!

My stay at Hervey Bay Motel was one of the best motel experiences I’ve ever had. John and Lee were absolutely outstanding hosts who made the entire visit feel welcoming and effortless. Our room was spotless, and I was lucky enough to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms-beautifully finished, comfortable, and clearly cared for with pride. We were enjoying our stay so much that we asked to extend for another two nights. Even though they were fully booked, John and Lee put us on the cancellation list and made it happen. That level of effort and customer service is rare and genuinely appreciated. John’s attention to detail really stood out. He did an amazing job on the room, and one afternoon he even handed out fresh watermelon to guests - such a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel personal. Both John and Lee also shared great local knowledge, and every restaurant recommendation they gave us was spot-on. We loved our time there so much that we’re already planning to return, and we’re even considering moving to the area one day. Hervey Bay Motel is a perfect example of how great hospitality can completely elevate a trip. Highly recommended - clean rooms, exceptional service, and hosts who truly care about their guests.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at the Hervey Bay Motel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location is very convenient. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service — the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Great value for money and I would happily stay here again. Lee and John really know how to run a motel.
